Gu'an Theater

Innovative construction engineering ensures the integrity of the architectural concept. The plasticity of the exterior of the building was conceived as a relief and developed from the details. These details are not decorative, but come from its structural function.

The Gu'an Theater with a total construction area of more than 15,000 square meters is located in the center of Xinzhong Street, Gu'an County, Langfang City. Located at the southern gate of the capital, only 50 kilometers away from the capital Tiananmen, it is a landmark of Gu'an County and is also known as the landmark of southern Beijing in the "Great Capital Cultural Circle".

In terms of overall styling design, we respond to the inheritance of oriental culture, and seek for a sense of refinement in the selection of materials. The GRC groove version is used for staggered stitching, with rich layers and soft colors, and the fine and appropriate details show low-key elegance.

The façade extracts irregular elements, boldly adopts a structure with dramatic tension, integrates creative ideas, and strengthens the first impression. Looking at the past from the street, the architectural space adds a bit of freshness. By opening up the space, the design maximizes the extension of the boundary and releases more urban scenes.

The building plan is divided into different functions according to a unified grid. For the city, on a complex site, the building reconstructs order with a unique posture, using contemporary materials and design language to create a building that belongs to the local area but is independent of the urban texture.

Architecture is like a work of art. It is time-honored and new. What remains unchanged is the exploration of the regional context, the city's past, and the way of life. The Gu'an Theater integrates local culture, builds a poem to fit people's entertainment, and writes modern value aesthetics with traditional cultural connotations and exquisite life.
